Unlike many doula packages, preparation is not limited to one or two meetings. We spend real time building your knowledge, skills, and confidence so you can approach birth and early parenthood feeling informed and capable.
Childbirth education is fully integrated into our prenatal sessions — meaning you receive the depth of a private birth course without needing to schedule or pay for a separate class.

The early weeks with a newborn can feel overwhelming even when everything is going well. A postpartum doula provides guidance, hands-on help, and reassurance as your family adjusts at home.
Support is tailored to your need and may include newborn care guidance, feeding support, recovery support, emotional reassurance and light household tasks related to baby care.
Daytime Postpartum Support Packages
